Using stage lighting techniques to organise the moving lights, I've transferred this method into my cooking and eventually started to work on my cookbook 'Get Stuffed' which is going into publishing early 2021 and will be available in the US, UK and Europe.
It contains over 120 international recipes as well as my Jägermeister Cheesecake.
