Project Objective: Re-design the website and exposure with a view to increase visibility and website traffic
Project Outcome: Company website status now Number 1 on Google searches, increased traffic and business

After redesigning the website the key objective was to improve the website exposure, predominantly focussing on improving visibility in search  sites, such as Google, when searching for “landing gear overhaul”.  This project had no advertising budget. At the start of the project the site was  positioned at 318 in search results in Google, within six months of redesigning the site it had dramatically increased traffic and was now showing as number one on a Google search.  The website was now over taking competitors and generating increased business enquiries resulting in new  
business. 

This project was successfully completed in 2004 and the website is still positioned at number one on Google.

Project Objective:
Implement a large volume scanning system to improve in-house archive procedures and storage, transforming to an efficient  
online management system.
Project outcome:
Successfully implemented a new online system, initially saving over £15,000 on budgeting costs, and then thousands of pounds each week thereon after by reducing labour and headcount costs.

This project was to develop a system that can be used to scan, and store, important documents that needed to be securely saved and easily obtained when required. The budget for the project was £20,000, of which I only used approximately £5,000 to set up and implement this system.  This project was hugely successful; the document scanning process now allows the user to easily scan and retrieve documents when required.  

This system also saved thousands of pounds on 'man hours' as employees no longer had to manually search for documents.  The design was capable of scanning approximately 60,000 documents per day.
